About Us
A New Day is a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) that provides a safe, nurturing & caring environment for boys 7 – 17 years old that are troubled due to family trauma, behavioral and/or academic problems, emotional instability and backgrounds of abuse & neglect.
We understand that environment is a large factor in raising children.
In addition to providing a physically & emotionally safe environment, we are dedicated to working with our residents to develop the discipline, cooperation & appropriate social skills needed to live a productive, healthy life.
Each resident is met with individually to assess their personal needs, emotional state, problems areas and concerns. We then create a personalized treatment plan to provide them with a solid foundation built around mental, emotional and spiritual health. By providing individual & group counseling, assistance with school performance (providing tutoring as needed) and caring supervision, A New Day gives these children the opportunity to become healthy, loving adults.

Environmental Stability
At A New Day, we understand that environment is a large factor in raising children. That is why we provide a home environment that is not only safe but is clean, well-organized and structured. Many of our residents experience this type of environment for the first time and this promotes a sense of safety & security and gives them a warm, caring home that they are not ashamed to show friends. In addition, a structured, organized home allows residents to focus on their healing, academic performance.
